| 摘 要：酪氨酸属于一种酚羟基芳香α-氨基酸，在生物体的新陈代谢、生长、发育中均起着关键作用。综述了酪氨酸在医药与食品领域中的分析检测研究进展，重点介绍了氨基酸注射液、细胞培养液、人体血液、食品、动物代谢物中酪氨酸分析检测实例，并展望了其发展前景。 |

| Abstract：Tyrosine belongs to a phenolic hydroxyl aromatic α-aminoacid which plays a key role in the metabolism, growth and development of biological organisms. Recent advances in the analysis and detection of tyrosine in the field of medicine and food were reviewed. Focuses were on its novel analysis and detection examples including amino acid injection, cell culture medium, human blood, food and animal metabolites. The prospect of its development was prospected. |
