色谱法测定β-内酰胺类抗生素中聚合物的研究进展

摘 要:β-内酰胺类抗生素是临床中应用最广泛的一类抗菌药物,在使用过程中由于聚合物而引发的过敏反应一直备受重视,控制聚合物的含量是降低过敏反应的根本途径。色谱法是测定β-内酰胺类抗生素中聚合物的主要方法,探讨了高效凝胶色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用、二维高效液相色谱法、柱切换技术等分析方法,对β-内酰胺类抗生素药品质量的保障具有重要意义。

Research Progress in the Determination of Polymers in β-Lactam Antibiotics by Chromatography

Abstract:The β-lactam antibiotic is the most widely used antibacterial drugs in clinical. Allergic reactions caused by polymers in drugs have attracted a lot of attention. Controlling the content of polymers in the drugs is the fundamental way to reduce allergic reactions. Chromatography is a general method for the determination of polymers in β-lactam antibiotics. Analytical methods including HPSEC, RP-HPLC, LC-MS, 2D-HPLC, and column switching technology were discussed. It is significant for ensuring the quality of β-lactam antibiotic.
