20%甲基嘧啶磷·高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂的制备

摘 要:采用界面聚合法制备20%甲基嘧啶磷·高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂,筛选了乳化剂、分散剂及其他助剂,考察了芯壁比、乳化速度、固化温度等因素对微胶囊稳定性的影响,确定了20%甲基嘧啶磷·高效氯氟氰菊酯微囊悬浮剂的配方及其制备工艺条件:甲基嘧啶磷和高效氯氟氰菊酯溶解在有机溶剂中,以PM-200为囊材,芯壁比10∶1、10%乳化剂EL-20、2%分散剂SP-2700。高速搅拌乳化速度800 r/min,缓慢升温35 ℃ 1 h、45 ℃ 1 h、55 ℃ 2 h进行固化。固化结束后降低至室温,加入增稠剂、防冻剂,得到所需的微囊悬浮剂。该制剂性能指标检测合格,包覆率高,且微胶囊形态好,化学结构稳定,界面聚合工艺操作简便,条件温和,适合工业化生产。

Preparation of 20% Pirimiphos-methyl·λ-cyhalothrin Microcapsule Suspension

Abstract:20% Pirimiphos-methyl·λ-cyhalothrin microcapsule suspension was prepared by the interfacial polymerization method. The effects of emulsifiers, disperser and other additives, core-wall ratio, high speed emulsification and curing temperature on the formation of microcapsule were studied. The preparation conditions were obtained as following: cyclohexanone and solvent oil PM-200 were selected as solvents, the dosage of emulsifier EL-20 was 10% and the dosage of dispersant SP-2700 was 2%. The emulsification stirring speed was 800 r/min, slowly heated up at 35 ℃ for 1 h, 45 ℃ 1 h and 55 ℃ 2 h for curing. Then thickening agent and antifreezing agent were added for the preparation of the CS. The results of the formulation physical-chemical properties tests showed that all indexs of CS met the standards of CS. The entire processing conditions of interfacial polymerization are simple, mild, fast, and suitable for industry.
