新型含硅离子液体在邻胺基烷基苯酚合成中的应用

摘 要:研究了1-三甲基硅基甲基-3-烷基咪唑类离子液体和1-正丙基-3-烷基咪唑类离子液体分别作为溶剂在邻胺基烷基苯酚合成中的应用,并合成了九种2-(1-(取代苯胺)乙基)苯酚目标产物。结果表明,两类离子液体做溶剂与无水乙醇做溶剂相比均能提高目标产物的收率,其中含硅离子液体的溶剂效应优于不含硅离子液体;并推测了反应机理。含硅离子液体在反应中表现出一定的催化活性。

Application of New Silicon-containing Ionic Liquid in the Synthesis of 2-(1-(Substituted aniline) ethyl)phenol

Abstract:The application of 1-trimethylsilylmethyl-3-alkylimidazolium ionic liquids as solvent in the synthesis of 2-(1-(substituted aniline) ethyl) phenol was evaluateded compared to 1-n-propyl-3-alkylimidazolium ionic liquids. The results showed that the yields of the target products were all improved, and the solvent effect of the silicon-containing ionic liquid was better than that of non-silicon-containing ionic liquid; and the reaction mechanism was presented. In addition, silicon-containing ionic liquid also performanced as a role of catalysis in the reaction.
