平板陶瓷膜在油田采出水处理中的应用

摘 要:以文昌13-2综合调整项目采出水为例,在油田现场采用“介质过滤器+陶瓷膜滤器”作为注水系统精细处理设备对低渗油藏进行开采,并观察该工艺过滤效果。现场试验结果表明,过滤效果良好,过滤后水中含油量≤6 mg/L,悬浮物含量≤2 mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值≤1.5 μm,可以满足低渗油田注水的水质标准和其他相关规范要求。现场试验采用水反冲洗法进行膜清洗操作,当反冲洗强度为过滤通量的4倍,反冲30 s,清洗效果较好。运行成本主要来自电耗,合计总运行成本为1.186元/m3。

Application of Plate Ceramic Membrane Technology in Treating Oil-field Wastewater

Abstract:The produced water of Wenchang 13-2 comprehensive adjustment project was taken as an example, and "medium filter+ceramic membrane filter" was used as fine treatment equipment of water injection system in oil-field to mine low permeability reservoir, and the filtering effect of this process was observed. Field test results showed that the filtration effect of this method was good; the oil content in the filtered water was less than 6 mg/L; the suspended matter was less than 2 mg/L; and the average particle size of suspended matter was less than 1.5 μm. These results showed that this technical scheme could meet the water quality standard of low permeability oil-field injection and other related specifications. In the field test, water backwash method was also used to clean the membrane. The test results showed that when backwash intensity was 4 times of filtration flux and duration of treatment was 30 s, the cleaning effect was satisfied. The operating cost mainly come from power consumption, and the total operating cost was 1.186 yuan/m3.
