电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定生态砖中硅、铝、铁、钛、钙、镁方法研究

摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定生态砖中硅、铝、铁、钛、钙、镁的方法。通过实验确定了分析谱线,方法检出限低,线性相关系数R2大于0.999 8。对实际生态砖样品进行重复5次测定,并做了加标回收实验,相对标准偏差RSD为0.28%~2.89%,加标回收率为92.2%~105.8%。经国家标准品验证,测定值与标准值相符。该方法快速准确,能达到测定生态砖中硅、铝、铁、钛、钙、镁的分析要求。

Determination of Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg in Ecological Brick Using ICP-AES

Abstract:An ICP-AES method was established, which was able to determine Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg in ecological brick. The best spectral lines was confirmed via experimental tests. The results showed that the limits of detection were low and the correlation coefficient of calibration curve was over 0.999 8. The determination of actual ecological brick samples was repeated five times, which indicated that the relative standard deviation was 0.28%~2.89%, and the recovery was ranged from 92.2% to 105.8%. The result of estimated value by national standard material agreed with the recommended value. This method is fast with good accuracy, which can meet the requirements for determination of Si, Al, Fe, Ti, Ca, Mg in ecological brick.
