高侧基结构二烯烃橡胶用结构调节剂进展

摘 要:结构调节剂可用于阴离子聚合中调节聚合物各单体微观结构及其共聚物序列分布。综述了结构调节剂的分类及其作用特点。以丁二烯聚合为例,概述了关于制备高乙烯基聚烯橡胶的调节剂体系。指出结构调节剂今后的主要发展方向,即设计“高性能、低用量、低气味、易回收”的调节剂分子和开发“微观结构可控性好,序列结构可稳定调控”的调节剂体系。

Progress in High Side Group Structured Diene Rubber Modifiers

Abstract:In anionic polymerization, structural modifiers play a key role in controlling the microstructure of each monomer in the polymer and the chain distribution of its copolymers. In this review, structural modifiers are categorized by structure and action, and the actions of the various types of modifiers are discussed and summarized. Taking butadiene polymerization as an example, we have compiled information on the modifier for the preparation of high vinyl polybutadiene rubber (HVBR). The main areas of future development of structural modifiers include the design of molecules that have “high performance, low dosage, low odor, and easy recovery and the development of systems that have”good control of microstructure and stable regulation of sequence structure.
