摘　要：苹果酸酯是一种应用活跃的有机合成中间体，具有芳香气味、高反应活性，其在医药、食品、日化领域应用广泛。开发与研制新型苹果酸酯类化合物以获得高反应活性、高附加值产品是促使该类化合物应用的重要前提。介绍了苹果酸酯的合成方法，重点综述了近年来苹果酸酯的应用研究，同时对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Progress in Synthesis and Application of Malate Compounds

Abstract：Malate is an active organic synthetic intermediate with aromatic smell and high reactivity. It is widely used in the fields of medicine, food and daily chemicals. The development of novel malate compounds with high reactivity and high added value is an important prerequisite for the application of these compounds. The synthesis methods and the application of malate in organic synthesis in recent years were also introduced while its development trend and research direction were prospected.
