他达拉非晶型Ⅰ的制备 |

摘 要:以他达拉非粗品为原料,以乙腈/水(V∶V=9∶1)为精制溶剂,粗品加热溶解后,经热滤,降温析晶得到他达拉非成品。产品经DSC及X射线粉末衍射确证为他达拉非晶型Ⅰ。方法溶剂使用量少,且精制母液可套用,成本低,适合工业化生产。 |

Abstract:Tadalafil crude product was heated and dissolved in acetonitrile/water (9∶1) completely, then filtered immediately. After cooling, the precipitated crystal was Tadalafil final product. This product was confirmed as Tadalafil I by DSC and X-ray powder diffraction. This recrystallization method has the advantages of less solvent, recycled mother liquor of crystallization and low cost. It is suitable for industrial production. |
