两种BAPTA-CHO的合成设计、结构表征及单晶结构

摘 要:基于经典多齿配体1,2-二(2-氨基苯氧基)乙烷-N,N,N',N'-四乙酸(BAPTA)进行优化合成设计,得到两种新型BAPTA-CHO,2-[2-(2-氨基苯氧基)乙氧基]-4-甲酰基苯胺-N,N,N',N'-四乙酸甲酯(2)与1,2-二(2-氨基-5-甲酰基苯氧基)乙烷-N,N,N',N'-四乙酸甲酯(3),并使用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、高分辨质谱、X射线单晶衍射进行其结构表征。单晶结构解析显示,化合物2与3同属于正交晶系,每个非中心对称结构单元包含4个分子,2为Pna21空间群,3为Pbcn空间群。两种BAPTA-CHO分子均排布规整、具有一定的对称性,基于BAPTA结构的柔性四羧酸链形成了一定的包合空腔,符合预期结构设计。

Synthetic Design, Structural Characterization and Crystal Structures of Two BAPTA-CHOs

Abstract:Based on the structure of classical polydentate receptor 1,2-bis(2-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid (BAPTA), two novel BAPTA-CHOs, 2-[2-(2-aminophenoxy)ethoxy]-4-formyl-aminobenzene-N,N,N',N'-acetic acid methyl ester (2) and 1,2-bis(2-amino-5-formyl-phenoxy)ethane-N,N,N',N'-acetic acid methyl ester (3), were synthesized and characterized through IR, 1H NMR, HRMS, single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystallographic data showed that compound 2 and 3 were of the orthorhombic system, containing 4 molecules in each non-centrosymmetric structural unit, with only different space groups of 2 in Pna21 and 3 in Pbcn. These two BAPTA-CHOs 2 and 3 demonstrated regular and symmetrical configurations, and clathration cavity was formed by the four flexible chains of carboxylic acid, which was in accordance with the BAPTA-based structural design.
