高效液相色谱法定量分析工业废水中正丁醇

摘 要:建立了定量测定工业废水中正丁醇高效液相色谱法。以月旭Xtimate C-18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)分离,甲醇-水(V∶V=30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30 ℃,进样量10 μL,折光率视差检测器检测。结果表明,正丁醇质量浓度在79.93~39 965 mg/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(R2=0.999 1,n=7),检测限和定量限分别为24.9 mg/L和49.9 mg/L,精密度实验相对标准偏差为3.84%,回收率在90%以上。该方法样品前处理简单,分析过程快捷,结果准确,重复性好,可用于工业废水中正丁醇含量测定。

Determination of n-Butanol in Industrial Wastewater by HPLC

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of n-butanol in industrial wastewater was established. In this method, the chromatography column was Welch Xtimate C-18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water (V∶V=30∶70); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was 30 ℃; the injection volume was 10 μL; and the detector was refractive index parallax detector. The results showed that the linear range of n-butanol was 79.93~39 965 mg/L (R2=0.999 1, n=7).The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of n-butanol were 24.9 mg/L and 49.9 mg/L, respectively. The RSD was 3.84% and the recovery rate was above 90%. This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, fast analysis process, accurate analysis result and fgood repetition, and can be used for the determination of n-butanol content in industrial wastewater.
