离子色谱法定量测定替硝唑原料药中亚硝酸盐 |

摘 要:用离子色谱法测定替硝唑原料药中亚硝酸根的含量。色谱柱为Dionex IonpacTMAS18阴离子色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),淋洗液为5 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液,采用电导检测器。亚硝酸根浓度在0.014~0.443 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.10%。方法简便、准确、快速,适用于替硝唑原料药中亚硝酸根的含量测定。 |

Determination of Nitrite in Tinidazole by Ion Chromatography |

Abstract:To determine the content of nitrite in Tinidazole by ion chromatograph, Dionex IonpacTMAS18 Anion Column (4 mm×250 mm) was used using KOH solution (5 mmol/L) as eluent and the conductance detector. Experimental data showed that a good linearity was obtained at a nitrite concentration range of 0.014~0.443 μg/mL; and an average recovery of 101.1% was obtained. This method is accurate and fast, which can be used for the determination of nitrite in Tinidazole. |
