2-氨基-5-(N,N-二异丙基)氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成研究

摘 要:以氨基硫脲和甲酸为原料经一步法缩合环化合成了 2 氨基 1,3,4 噻二唑 ,再经溴化、胺化制得目标产物 ,产品总收率 6 0 %。研究了反应的影响因素 ,评估和优化了工艺参数 ;此法原料易得 ,便于生产。

Abstract:amino-1 , 3, 4-thiadiazole was synthesized using aminothiourea and formic acid as raw materials through cyclocondensation, bromation and animation. The factors influencing the reactions were investigated. The overall yield was 60% , the purity of the product was over 99% . The optimum condition of synthesis was established.
