2-乙氧基-3-芳基环磷酰胺酯类化合物的合成与生物活性 |

摘 要:利用2-(芳氨基甲基)苯酚和乙氧基磷酰二氯在三乙胺的作用下合成了一系列2-乙氧基-3-芳基环磷酰胺酯类化合物。对所合成化合物的杀虫活性和杀菌活性进行了测试,部分化合物表现出良好的杀虫活性,杀粘虫的活性达100.0%;部分化合物也表现出较好的杀菌活性,对菌核病菌的抑制活性最好,抑制率达87.9%。 |

Synthesis and Bioactivity of 2-Ethyloxy-3-arylcyclophosphoramidates |

Abstract:A series of 2-ethyloxy-3-arylcyclophosphoramidates were synthesized from 2-(arylaminomethyl)phenol and ethyloxyphosphorodichloridate in the presence of triethylamine. The insecticidal activity and fungicidal activity of these obtained compounds were evaluated. Some of the tested compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activity as shown by 100.0% activity against Mythimna sepatara, and some compounds also demonstrated relatively good fungicidal activity as shown by 87.9% activity against Sclerotonia sclerotiorum. |
