醌类桥联双核酞菁的合成及性能研究

摘 要:以4-氨基邻苯二甲腈与对苯醌、1,4-萘醌进行亲核加成作为桥联基团,4-硝基邻苯二甲腈与对羟基苯甲酸丁酯进行亲核取代作为取代基,通过环四聚合成了两种新型锌酞菁配合物(bi-B-BPC、bi-N-BPC)。经FT-IR、UV-Vis 等手段对前驱体与产物进行表征确证。结果显示,bi-B-BPC、bi-N-BPC中的C≡N(芳香族)的伸缩振动吸收峰消失;与硝基单核酞菁的紫外吸收光谱相比,Q带蓝移了15、22 nm,B带红移了35、44 nm;在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中具有良好的溶解性,且并未发生聚集;通过循环伏安测试表明bi-B-BPC、bi-N-BPC满足能带间隙规则,可用于光敏染料领域。

Synthesis and Properties of Quinone Bridged Binuclear Phthalocyanine

Abstract:Two new zinc-phthalocyanine-containing complexes (bi-B-BPC, bi-N-BPC) were prepared through cyclic tetra-polymerization using a bridge group from nucleophilic addition of 4-amino phthalonil with benzoquinone, 1,4-naphthoquinone, and a substituent from a nucleophilic substitution reaction between nitro-phthalonitrile and butyl p-hydroxybenzoate. The precursor and products were characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis . The results indicated that the stretching vibration absorption peak of C≡N (aromatic) in bi-B-BPC and bi-N-BPC disappeared, indicating the obtain of phthalocyanine; Compared with nitro mononuclear phthalocyanine, the Q-band was blue-shifted by 15 nm and 22 nm, and the B-band was red-shifted by 35 nm and 44 nm. These compounds showed good solubility in DMF without aggregation. Cyclic voltammetry test proved that bi-B-BPC and bi-N-BPC satisfy the band gap rule and could be used in the photosensitive dye field.
