载香凝胶珠的制备及其在滤棒中的应用

摘 要:为制备聚乙二醇复合咖啡香料的载香凝胶珠,优化其工艺,并验证载香凝胶珠在烟用滤棒中应用的可行性。采用滴制法进行制备,单因素试验和正交试验优选制备工艺,并考察载香凝胶珠的缓释性能及稳定性,通过滤棒成型机制备添加凝胶珠的烟用滤棒,考察滤棒物理指标。结果表明,载香凝胶珠优化制备工艺是PEG6000作为基质、基质与香料质量配比3∶1、15 ℃二甲基硅油(50 cs)为冷却液、滴制温度70 ℃、滴制速度(75±5)粒/min、滴距8 cm,可稳定制备出聚乙二醇基质的咖啡香凝胶珠,载香凝胶珠具有较好的缓释性能及稳定性。添加载香凝胶珠的滤棒长度均值为120.09 mm,圆周均值为24.28 mm,圆度均值为0.27 mm,压降均值为3 184 Pa,硬度均值为87.94%,可制备出符合设计要求的载香凝胶珠滤棒,载香凝胶珠具备在烟用滤棒中应用的可行性。

Preparation of Scented Gel Beads and its Application in Cigarette Filter Rod

Abstract:In order to prepare the perfume-loaded gel beads of polyethylene glycol composite with coffee flavor, the optimal process was determined, and then the feasibility of the application of gel beads in cigarette filter rods was verified. The preparation was carried out by dropping method. The preparation process was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and the slow-release performance and stability of gel beads were investigated. The cigarette filter rods with gel beads were prepared by filter rod molding machine, and the physical indexes of the filter rods were investigated. The results showed that the optimal preparation process of fragrant gel beads was as followings: PEG6000 was used as the matrix, the ratio of matrix to spice was 3:1, the dimethyl silicone oil (50 cs) at 15 °C was used as the coolant, the dropping temperature was 70 ℃, the dropping speed was (75±5) particles/min, and the dropping distance was 8 cm. The coffee fragrant gel beads based on polyethylene glycol could be stably prepared, and the gel beads had good slow-release performance and stability. The average length of filter rod with gel beads was 120.09 mm, the average circumference was 24.28 mm, the average roundness was 0.27 mm, the average pressure drop was 3 184 Pa, and the average hardness was 87.94%. The filter rod with gel beads met the design requirements. The gel beads had the feasibility of application in tobacco filter rods.
