正十二烷基甲基硫醚的应用与合成进展

摘 要:分析了正十二烷基甲基硫醚(Dod-S-Me)替代小分子烷基甲基硫醚的优势,介绍了Dod-S-Me在Swern氧化、Corey-Kim氧化、硫叶立德以及葆森-侃德反应等有机合成领域的用途。系统分析了各种Dod-S-Me合成方法的优缺点。最后指出,以碳酸二甲酯为原料,在固定床反应器中采用固体碱催化正十二烷基硫醇甲基化合成Dod-S-Me是优先的选择,在经济性、安全性等方面具有优势。

Application and Synthesis Progress of N-Dodecyl Methyl Sulfide

Abstract:The advantages of n-dodecyl methyl sulfide (Dod-S-Me) in replacing small molecule alkyl methyl sulfide were analyzed, and its applications in Swern oxidation, Corey-Kim oxidation, sulfur ylide and the Paulson-Khand reaction and other organic synthesis were also introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various synthetic methods of Dod-S-Me were systematically analyzed. Finally, it was pointed out that using dimethyl carbonate as raw material and solid base as catalysis, the methylation of n-dodecyl mercaptan to synthesize Dod-S-Me in a fixed-bed reactor was the preferred choice, in terms of economy and safety.
