气相色谱串联质谱技术在天然药物中的应用进展

摘 要:气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS)技术,具有分离效率高、灵敏度高等特点,广泛应用于天然药物分析领域。随着样品前处理技术及配套仪器的不断发展,近年来在天然药物的研究方面取得了突破性进展。总结了近几年来GC-MS技术在天然药物成分分析和品质鉴定等方面取得的关键性进展,阐明GC-MS技术对天然药物研究的重要意义,对GC-MS联用技术在天然药物的发展提出新的展望。

Progress in the Application of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technology in Natural Medicine

Abstract:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology is widely used in the field of natural drug analysis due to its wide application range, high separation efficiency and high sensitivity. With the continuous development of sample pretreatment technology and supporting instruments, breakthroughs have been made in the research of natural drugs in recent years. The key progress of GC-MS technology in natural drug ingredients, functional ingredients and natural drug quality identification in recent years were summarized, the significance of GC-MS technology in the field of natural drugs was clarified, and the advantages and disadvantages were summarized, in order to put forward the development of GC-MS technology in the development of natural drugs.
