高双键保护率甲基封端烯丙醇聚醚的合成与反应活性研究

摘 要:采用外循环式喷雾反应釜以烯丙醇聚醚、氢氧化钠溶液和氯甲烷为原料,合成得到甲基封端烯丙醇聚醚。对甲基封端烯丙醇聚醚合成工艺进行了优化,考察了醇盐化试剂、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,优化条件下产品的双键保护率达98.3%,封端率达98.1%。并对产品进行反应活性研究,产品的硅氢化反应活性高,变清时间短,硅氢转化率达到98.4%。该合成工艺产品质量高、成本低,适合工业化生产。

Synthesis and Reactivity of Methyl-terminated Allyl Polyethers with High Double Bond Retention

Abstract:Methyl-terminated allyl polyether was obtained using allyl alcohol polyether, sodium hydroxide solution and chloromethane as raw materials, and an external circulating spray reactor was used. The synthesis process of methyl-terminated allyl polyether was optimized including alkylation reagent, reactant ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time. Under the optimized conditions, the double bond retention rate reached 98.3% and the sealing rate of the product reached 98.1%. The reactivity of the product was studied, and the product had high hydrosilylation activity, short cleaning time, and the silicon hydrogen conversion rate reached 98.4%. The product is of high quality and low cost, which is suitable for industrial production.
