异辛醇聚氧丙烯醚硬脂酸酯的合成工艺研究 |

摘 要:以HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,异辛醇聚氧丙烯醚246/362/478和硬脂酸为原料合成了异辛醇聚氧丙烯醚硬脂酸酯。考察了醚酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、吸水剂用量等因素对酯化率的影响。优化反应条件为:n(异辛醇聚氧丙烯醚)∶n(硬脂酸)=1.02∶1.00,HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3为反应物总质量的0.15%,反应时间为4 h,反应温度160 ℃。优化条件下异辛醇聚氧丙烯醚246/362/478与硬脂酸的酯化率分别为98.01%、97.93%、97.67%。 |

Process for the Synthesis of Isooctanol Polyoxypropylene Ether Stearate |

Abstract:To synthesize isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether stearate HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3 was used as catalyst, isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether 246/362/478 and stearic acid as raw materials . The effects of etheric acid molar ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature, water absorbent dosage and other factors on esterification rate were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as the followings: n(isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether):n(stearic acid) was of 1.02∶1.00; HPW-SiO2/γ-Al2O3 was 0.15% of the total mass of the reactant; the reaction time was 4 h; and the reaction temperature was 160 ℃. Under the above conditions, the esterification rates of isooctanol polyoxypropylene ether 246/362/478 and stearic acid were 98.01%, 97.93% and 97.67%, respectively. |
