新型双酰胺类杀虫剂硫虫酰胺的液相色谱分析方法

摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱测定双酰胺类杀虫剂硫虫酰胺质量分数的分析方法,采用Agilent TC-C18不锈钢柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,以甲醇-水(V∶V=75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.5 mL/min,在检测波长为230 nm条件下对硫虫酰胺悬浮剂进行分离与定量分析。考察了线性关系,精密度与准确度。结果表明,线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.013,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为99.8%。该方法高效便捷,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可满足硫虫酰胺的定量分析需要。

Method for the Analysis of New Diamide Insecticide Thiotraniliprole by HPLC

Abstract:An analytical method for the determination of Thiotraniliprole by HPLC was established. The sample was separated and analyzed using Agilent TC-C18 stainless steel column equipped with a PDA detector at a wavelength of 230 nm, a mixture of methanol and water (V:V=75:25) was used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. The factors of linear relationship, precision and accuracy were investigated. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0; the standard deviation was 0.013; the coefficient of variation was 0.13%; and the average recovery was 99.8%. This method has the characteristics of high efficiency, convenience, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy for quantitative analysis of Thiotraniliprole.
