土壤和地下水中氯化苄的顶空-气相色谱法研究

摘 要:开发了利用顶空-气相色谱法检测土壤和地下水中氯化苄的新技术。顶空进样后,经DB-WAX型毛细管柱分离,采用氢火焰离子化检测器对氯化苄进行测定,外标法定量。氯化苄在质量浓度0.2~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998。土壤和地下水中氯化苄的检出限分别为0.3 mg/kg和0.04 mg/L,加标回收率分别为85.6%~90.0%和82.5%~91.5%,相对标准偏差分别为3.2%~5.9%和2.2%~4.8%(n=6)。新技术的检测前处理简便可靠、准确度高、精密度好。

Determination of Benzyl Chloride in Soil or Ground Water by Headspace Gas Chromatography

Abstract:A novel technique for the determination of benzyl chloride in soil or ground water by headspace gas chromatography was developed. After headspace injection, the benzyl chloride was separated by a DB-WAX type capillary column, detected by FID, and quantified by external standard method. Signal of benzyl chloride had a good linear relationship in a range of mass concentration 0.2~10 mg/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.998. The detection limits of benzyl chloride were 0.3 mg/kg and 0.04 mg/L, respectively; the recovery rates of standard addition were 85.6%~90.0% and 82.5%~91.5%, respectively; and the relative standard deviations were 3.2%~5.9% and 2.2%~4.8% (n=6) for soil and ground water, respectively. The sample-preparation process was simple. The result was accurate and reliable.
