聚乙烯醇基复合调湿材料的制备及其对卷烟湿度的调节性能

摘 要:用聚丙烯酸、硅藻土和CaCl2对聚乙烯醇化学改性,制备了聚乙烯醇基复合调湿材料。结果表明,聚丙烯酸对聚乙烯醇微交联后材料的疏水性增加,CaCl2改性后材料的亲水性随CaCl2的加入而增加。调节不同分子量PVA的比例能有效减少材料的发粘现象。在相对湿度为30%~80%条件下放置24 h,烟丝含水率保持在11.35%~12.75%,在相对湿度为30%~80%条件下放置48 h,复合调试材料可使烟丝含水率保持在10.93%~13.30%;证明该调湿材料能有效调节烟盒内部湿度,稳定烟丝含水率,保持卷烟口感良好。

Preparation of Polyvinyl Alcohol-based Composite Moisture-controlling Materials and Their Regulation Performance for Cigarette Humidity

Abstract:Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was chemically modified by polyacrylic acid, diatomite and CaCl2, and hence the PVA-based composite moisture-controlling materials were prepared. The results indicated that the hydrophobicity of the chemical modifying polyacrylic acid into PVA increased after the micro-cross-linking, while the hydrophilicity of the CaCl2 modified materials increased with the addition of CaCl2. Adjusting the ratio of PVA with different molecule weight was able to effectively reduce the viscosity of the resulting materials. As the relative humidity was kept at 30%~80% for 24 h, the moisture content of the tobacco was in the range of 11.35%~12.75%. As the relative humidity was 30%~80% for 48 h, the composite material kept the moisture content of the tobacco at 10.93%~13.30%. As a result, the present composite moisture-controlling materials was able to effectively regulate the internal humidity in the cigarette box, stabilize the moisture content of the tobacco, and make cigarettes keep good taste.
