磺酸甜菜碱型两性离子单体DEPS的合成与表征 |

摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸-N,N-二乙基胺基乙酯和1,3-丙烷磺内酯为原料,乙腈为溶剂,一步法合成了甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N,N-二乙基丙磺酸盐(DEPS),其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析等表征和确证。结果表明,DEPS含有“C=C”、酯基、季铵离子以及磺酸基团,为具有磺酸甜菜碱结构特征的两性离子单体。 |

Synthesis and Characterization of Zwitterionic Monomer DEPS |

Abstract:The compound of N,N-diethyl-N-methacryloxyethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium was synthesized through the reaction of N,N-diethylaminoethyl methacrylate and 1,3-propane sulfone using acetonitrile as solvent, and characterized with IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis. The results showed that double bond and sulfobetaine group was present in the molecule of N,N-diethyl-N-methacryloxyethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl) ammonium. This obtained compound had the structural characteristic of sulfo ammonium zwitterionic monmer. |
