二氯异丙虫酰胺的高效液相色谱分析

摘 要:建立了二氯异丙虫酰胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品用乙腈溶解,采用Agilent TC-C18柱为色谱柱,V(乙腈)∶V(水)=50∶50为流动相,PDA检测器在245 nm对二氯异丙虫酰胺进行高效液相色谱分离和检测。方法在13.6~680 µg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程为y=22 659x-15 086,相关系数R2=0.999 9,变异系数为0.37,平均回收率为99.9%。该方法简单可靠,精密度及准确度符合定量分析要求,可用于二氯异丙虫酰胺的定量分析。

Determination of 3-Bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N-(2,4-dichloro-6-(isopropylcarbamoyl)phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide by HPLC

Abstract:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for 3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N-(2,4-dichloro-6-(isopropylcarbamoyl)phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide, the samples dissolved in acetonitrile were separated using reverse phase column Agilent TC-C18 as chromatographic column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile to water volume ratio of 50∶50; PDA detector was selected to separate and read the signal of compound at 245 nm. This method could obtain compound’s signal nicely with a linear model between 13.6~680 µg/mL of concentration. The regressed linear was y=22 659x-15 086 and the regression coefficiency R² was of 0.999 9; the coefficient of variant was of 0.37; the average recovery was of 99.9%. This method was simple, stable and accurate, and meet the requirements for quantitative analysis of 3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N-(2,4-dichloro-6-(isopropylcarbamoyl)phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide.
