七氟异丙基碘的制备与应用

摘 要:七氟异丙基碘是一种应用前景广阔的有机合成中间体。综述了七氟异丙基碘的制备方法,分析比较了各种制备方法的优势与不足,六氟丙烯法是制备七氟异丙基碘的最常用方法,其中碘和氟化钾的混合物,碘、氯气和氢氟酸的混合物作为氟化碘的来源,七氟异丙基碘制造成本低,易于工业化;介绍了七氟异丙基碘在高效低毒含氟农药、含氟表面活性剂、含氟整理剂、氯氟烃替代品中的应用。

Preparation and Application of Heptafluoroisopropyl Iodide

Abstract:Heptafluoroisopropyl iodide is a promising organic intermediate. The preparation methods of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide were reviewed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were analyzed and compared. It was pointed out that hexafluoropropylene method was the most commonly used method for preparing heptafluoroisopropyl iodide at present, in which the mixture of iodine and potassium fluoride and the mixture of iodine, chlorine and hydrofluoric acid were the sources of iodine fluoride, the production cost of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide was low and it was easy to be industrialized. The applications of heptafluoroisopropyl iodide in high efficiency and low toxicity fluorine-containing pesticides, fluorine-containing surfactants, fluorine-containing finishing agents and alternatives to chlorofluorocarbons were introduced.
