不同炮制温度对盐杜仲主要有效成分含量的影响 |

摘 要:比较盐杜仲不同温度下炮制前后主要化学成分松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的变化,推测其适宜炮制温度并优化炮制工艺参数。依据《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)中的“断丝”指标,考察不同炮制温度对杜仲“断丝”程度的影响,优化杜仲炮制工艺参数。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析杜仲生品和盐炙品主要化学成分的差异,研究炮制工艺对杜仲质量的影响。结合实验数据确定杜仲炮制温度为110 ℃,时间控制在8 min左右。高温炮制后杜仲化学成分含量明显降低,其主要有效成分松脂醇二葡萄糖苷(PDG)也大幅减少。采用HPLC方法,分析炮制前后杜仲主要化学成分的变化,为杜仲盐炙工艺和盐杜仲的质量控制提供了更可行的参数依据。 |

Effects of Processing Temperatures on the Content of Main Active Components in Salt Eucommia |

Abstract:Based on the changes of the main chemical contents in pinoresinol diglucoside (PDG) before and after processing at different temperatures of Salt Eucommia the optimum processing parameters were determined. According to the "broken silk" index in "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" (2020 edition), the effect of different processing temperatures on the degree of "broken silk" of Eucommia was investigated. Using High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to analyze the difference of main chemical contents between raw Eucommia ulmoides and salted products the effect of processing technology on the quality of Eucommia ulmoides was studied. Based on the experimental data it was determined that the optimum temperature for Eucommia ulmoides processing was 110 ℃, and the time was controlled at about 8 min. After high temperature processing, the contents of chemical components of Eucommia ulmoides was significantly reduced, and the main active ingredient pinoresinol diglucoside was also greatly reduced. |
