吡拉西坦合成工艺的改进

摘 要:以α-吡咯烷酮为起始原料,经与甲醇钠反应得到吡咯烷酮钠盐(2),再与氯乙酸甲酯缩合得到吡咯烷酮乙酸甲酯(3),最后经过氨解反应得吡拉西坦(1)。该制备方法三废少、污染小、效率高、收率高,具有工业化应用前景。

Synthesis of Piracetam

Abstract:Using 2-pyrrolidone as starting material, pyrrolidone sodium salt (2) was prepared by substitution reaction; methyl pyrrolidone acetate (3) was obtained by the condensation reaction of 2; finally piracetam (1) was obtained by the ammonolysis reaction of 3. This preparation method has the advantages of less waste, less pollution, high efficiency and high yield, and has the prospect of industrial application.
