臭氧/过氧化氢处理高浓有机废水的研究

摘 要:以某农药厂的高浓含醚有机废水为研究对象,采用臭氧(O3)/过氧化氢(H2O2)联用高级氧化工艺对其进行处理,利用单因素分析方法探讨废水初始pH、臭氧浓度、过氧化氢投加浓度对氧化效果的影响。优化条件为:直接处理pH为14的原废水,臭氧浓度最高可为159 mg/L(臭氧输出为70%),30%过氧化氢总投加浓度为6.0 mL/L;优化条件下氧化降解3 h后,TOC从4 834 mg/L降至780 mg/L,TOC去除率达84%,O3/H2O2工艺对难生物降解含醚有机废水具有良好的降解效果。但进一步增大臭氧浓度或过氧化氢投加浓度并不能显著提高废水的TOC去除率,反而降低两者的有效利用率。

Treatment of High Concentration Organic Wastewater by an O3/H2O2 Process

Abstract:A high concentration ether-containing organic wastewater from a pesticide plant was treated by O3/H2O2 oxidation process, and the effect of initial pH, concentration of O3 and H2O2 on oxidation was studied by the method of single factor analysis. The results showed that: this wastewater could be treated directly from the raw water at a pH of 14, and the TOC of wastewater could be reduced from 4 834 mg/L to 780 mg/L with a removal rate of 84% after 3 hours of the degradation under the following process conditions: the highest O3 concentration was 159 mg/L (O3 output percentage was 70%) ; and the total concentration of 30% H2O2 was 6.0 ml/L. Thus, it can be seen that the O3/H2O2 process had a significant effect on the degradation of the ether-containing organic wastewater. The removal rate of TOC could not obviously be improved if further increasing the concentration of O3 or H2O2, while the effective utilization rate of both was reduced.
