30%吡唑醚菌酯·丙环唑乳油高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘 要:建立了一种同时分离复配制剂中吡唑醚菌酯和丙环唑的高效液相色谱法,使用Poroshell 120 EC-C18反相不锈钢柱和具有可变波长的紫外检测器,以乙腈、甲醇和水为流动相,采用外标法对复配制剂中有效成分进行定性和定量分析。有效成分吡唑醚菌酯和丙环唑方法重复性相对标准偏差分别为0.49%和0.82%,均小于修订后的霍维茨值RSDr,吡唑醚菌酯和丙环唑的线性相关系数为0.999 9和0.999 8,平均回收率分别为100.4%和100.6%。

Analysis of 30% Pyraclostrobin·Propiconazole EC by HPLC

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for the simultaneous separation of Pyraclostrobin·Propiconazole in a compound formulations. Using Poroshell 120 EC-C18 reversed-phase stainless steel column and UV detector with variable wavelength, the active components in compound formulations were analyzed and quantified by external standard method using acetonitrile, methanol and water as mobile phases. The result showed that the variation coefficients were 0.49% and 0.82% which belowed the value of RSDr, the linear correlation coefficients of Pyraclostrobin and Propiconazol were 0.999 9 and 0.999 8, and the average recoveries were 100.4% and 100.6%, respectively.
