聚苯胺/二氧化钛复合材料的制备及应用进展

摘 要:作为优良的导电聚合物,聚苯胺(PANI)在许多行业有广泛的应用。作为一种无机材料,二氧化钛(TiO2)在诸多领域也有应用潜力。但PANI和TiO2难以满足较高性能的要求,利用PANI修饰TiO2制备二元纳米复合材料或者再掺杂其他材料合成三元甚至多元纳米复合材料,依靠形成的p-n结异质结构和材料间的协同效应获得独特性能复合材料成为近年来研发的热点。介绍了PANI/TiO2复合材料的主要制备方法如原位聚合法、相转化法、水热法、浸渍法、电化学法等,概述了其在光催化剂、传感器、吸附剂、电极、吸波、防腐等方面的应用研究进展,提出了目前还存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Preparation and Application Progress of PANI/TiO2 Composites

Abstract:As one kind of excellent conducting polymer, polyaniline (PANI) has a wide range of applications in many industries. As inorganic material, titanium dioxide (TiO2) has certain application potential in many fields. However, the PANI and TiO2 cannot meet the requirements of high performance. TiO2 modified by PANI is used to prepare binary nanocomposite or doped with other materials to synthesize ternary and even multi-component nanocomposite, which has become a hot topic of research in recent years. The composites can obtain unique properties by relying on the formed p-n heterostructure and the synergistic effect between materials. The main preparation methods of PANI/TiO2 composites, such as in situ polymerization, phase inversion, hydrothermal method, impregnation method, electrochemical method are summarized. The research progress of its application in photocatalyst, sensor, adsorbent, electrode, wave absorption, corrosion protection and so on is introduced. The existing problems are pointed out and the future research directions are prospected.
