三种熊去氧胆酸杂质的合成

摘 要:为获得欧洲药典7.0收录的熊去氧胆酸杂质,以鹅去氧胆酸为起始原料,经氧化、还原、酯化合成了杂质I、杂质G和杂质A,纯度均大于98.0%(HPLC)。其结构均经质谱、1H NMR和13C NMR确证。

Synthesis of Three Impurities in Ursodeoxycholic Acid

Abstract:In order to obtain the ursodeoxycholic acid impurities mentioned in EP 7.0, the impurity I, G and A were prepared from chenodeoxycholic acid by oxidation, hydrogenation, and esterification. The purity of the synthesized compounds was higher than 98.0% (HPLC), and their chemical structures were confirmed by MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR.
