高纯度3,3,4,5-四氟-4-丙基对三联苯的制备方法

摘 要:以2,3',4',5'-四氟-4-溴联苯和4-丙基苯硼酸为原料,通过铃木偶联反应合成3',3'',4'',5''-四氟-4-丙基对三联苯,优化条件下纯度99.992%(GC),收率92.3%,目标化合物结构经1H NMR表征确证。工艺以咪唑类离子液体为溶剂,降低了2,3',4',5'-四氟-4-溴联苯自偶联产物和脱氟产物的生成,溶剂用量减少,工艺简化且绿色环保,适合工业化生产。

Preparation of High-purity 3',3'',4'',5''-Tetrafluoro-4-propyl-triphenyl

Abstract:An efficient way for the synthesis of 3',3'',4'',5''-tetrafluoro-4-propyl-triphenyl by using 2,3',4',5'-tetrafluoro-4-bromobiphenyl and 4-propyl phenylboronic acid as raw materials through Suzuki coupling reaction has been designed, moreover, the advantages for using imidazoles ionic liquids in the synthetic method were described, a purity of 99.992% (GC) and a yield of 92.3% was achieved for the target product. The structure of the target compound was characterized by 1H NMR. Using imidazole ionic liquid as solvent was the breakthrough points in this preparation process including effectively reducing the 2,3',4',5'-tetrafluoride-4-bromobiphenyl self-coupling products, and the generation of defluorinated products, effectively reducing the conventional solvent dosage, the green environmental protection and simplified process, and suitable for industrial production.
