丙二醇苯醚的高选择性合成研究

摘 要:以苯酚和环氧丙烷为原料、路易斯碱三苯基膦为催化剂进行丙二醇苯醚的合成反应,研究了各工艺条件对丙二醇苯醚反应选择性的影响,得到优化工艺条件,即n(苯酚)∶n(环氧丙烷)=1.00∶1.03,催化剂用量2.0‰,反应温度120 ℃。优化条件下,选择性达98.59%,实现国产高选择性丙二醇苯醚的工业生产。

Industrial Synthesis of Propylene Glycol Phenyl Ether

Abstract:Propylene glycol phenyl ether was synthesized by using phenol and epoxy propane as raw materials, and Lewis base named triphenylphosphine as catalyst. The effects of different process conditions on the reaction selectivity of propylene glycol phenyl ether was compared, the optimum process conditions were obtained, respectively, the molar ratio of phenol and epoxy propane was 1.00∶1.03, the catalyst dosage was 2.0‰ and the reaction temperature was 120 ℃. Under optimized conditions, the selectivity reached 98.59%, realizing the industrial production of domestic high-selective propylene glycol benzene ether.
