LC-MS液质联用法测定白酒中甜蜜素的含量 |

摘 要:白酒样品用超纯水直接稀释,采用10 mmoL/L乙酸铵水溶液和甲醇作为流动相,梯度洗脱,液质联用法测定白酒中甜蜜素含量。结果表明,甜蜜素质量浓度在0.7~14 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.995,n=6),检测限和定量限分别为0.6 μg/kg及3 μg/kg,精密度实验相对标准偏差为9.7%,回收率在70%以上。该方法样品前处理简单,可以减少污染风险,分析过程快捷准确,重复性好,可用于白酒中甜蜜素的含量测定。 |

Content Determination of Sodium Cyclamate in Liquor by High Performance Lliquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry |

Abstract:Liquor sample was directly diluted with ultrapure water, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was used to determine sodium cyclamate content in liquor with methanol and 10 mmoL/L ammonium acetate water solution as mobile phase for gradient elution. The results show that the linear range of sodium cyclamate was 0.7~14 μg/mL (R2=0.995, n=6).The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of sodium cyclamate were 0.6 μg/kg and 3 μg/kg, respectively. The RSD value was 9.7%, the recovery rate was above 70%. This method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment with the reduction of the sample contamination likelihood, fast analysis process and fine repetition. So this method could be used for determination of the sodium cyclamate content in liquor. |
