摘 要:以头孢拉定离心母液为研究对象,研究了冷冻浓缩提取头孢拉定工艺,考察了冷冻装置、冷冻温度、pH、冷冻时间及搅拌方式等因素对冷冻浓缩效果的影响。结果表明:采用内刮式冷冻浓缩装置进行冷冻浓缩,冷冻温度-8 ℃,冷冻时间4 h,搅拌转速150 r/min时,冷冻浓缩效果较好,头孢拉定提取率88.7%。 |

Abstract:To conduct experimental research on freeze concentration, cefradine centrifuge mother liquor was used as the research object. The effects of factors incuding freezing device, freezing temperature, pH value, freezing time, and stirring mode on the freezing process were studied. The results showed that using an internal scraping type freeze concentration device for freeze concentration, at a freezing temperature of -8 ℃, a freezing time of 4 hours, and a stirring speed of 150 r/min, the better freeze concentration effect was achieved, and the extraction yield of cefradine was 88.7%. |
