茶皂素提取工艺路线的探讨 |

| 摘 要：对茶皂素生产中三种提取工艺进行了讨论和分析 ,选择有机溶剂提取法作为适于大型工业化设计的方法。并通过设计实例 ,着重介绍了一种有机溶剂提取法生产茶皂素的生产工艺及其优惠工艺参数。该法具有设备简单、投资少、见效快、成本低、产品质量高等优点 ,是一种适于对茶饼粕进行综合利用的较为理想的方法。 |

| The Research and Discussing on Tea-saponin Extracting Technology |

| Abstract：Three kinds of tea-saponin extracting technology were discussed and analysed,and a extracting method with organic solvent was choosed to suit the large-scale industry design in the text.The tea-saponin production technology and its optimum technical parameters have many advantages,such as simple facilities,economical investment, taking quicker effect, lower costing,high production quality. It is a perfect way for synthesis utilizating camellia seeds. |
