 3-氯丁醇的合成研究

| 摘 要:介绍了以 1,3 丁二醇为原料 ,通过乙酰化、酯交换二步制备 3 氯丁醇的方法 ,对主要的影响因素做了考察并得出结论 :乙酰化温度小于 5 0℃ ,1,3 丁二醇与乙酰氯的摩尔比为 1∶1 2 ,酯交换时间为 10h ,总收率达到 75 %。 |

| Abstract:The 3-chlorobutanol was prepared from 1,3-butanediol by acetylation and ester interchang. The effect of the reaction conditions were investigated. The temperature of the acetylation is lower than 50?℃; the mole ratio of 1,3-butanediol and acetyl chloride is 1∶1.2; the time of ester interchange is 10?h; the total yield of is 75%. |
