固体超强酸非均相催化酯化合成丙烯酸丁酯

摘 要:研究了在间歇搅拌釜中以固体超强酸为催化剂 ,由丙烯酸和丁醇合成丙烯酸丁酯。分别考察了不同类型固体超强酸的催化酯化作用 ,并且研究了搅拌速度、催化剂用量以及焙烧温度对酯化反应的影响。研究结果表明以TiO2 /SO2 -4为催化剂在 363.15~373.15K温度下反应具有很好的催化酯化作用。

Heterogeneous Catalytic Esterification for the Production of Butyl Acrylate by Using Solid Superacid

Abstract:Catalytic esterification of acrylic acid and butyl alcohol for the production of butyl acrylate in batch stirred tank by using solid superacid was presented. Some different kinds of solid superacid, the influence of stir speed, the amount of catalyst, and the roasting temperature on esterification reaction was studied. The results show that the TiO 2/SO 2- 4 solid superacid under the reaction condition of 363.15~373.15 K has the best catalytic effect.
