N-硝基-2,4,6-三氯苯胺的合成研究

摘 要:以苯胺为原料 ,以乙酰硝酸酯为硝化剂 ,合成了N 硝基 2 ,4 ,6 三氯苯胺。通过实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、滴加时间及物料比等因素的影响。结果表明 ,当反应温度为 14℃ ,反应时间为 1h ,物料摩尔比为 1∶1,收率最高 ,达 90 %。并通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、质谱 ,核磁氢谱对产品进行了结构鉴定。

Studies on Synthesis of N-nitro-2,4,6-Trichloroaniline

Abstract:N-nitro-2,4,6-Trichloroaniline was synthesized from aniline with acetyl nitrate as nitrating agent. The factors affecting the yield of trichloroaniline are reaction temperature, reaction time, and the mole ratio of raw materials.The optimum conditions are as follows: reaction temperature is 14℃; reaction time is 1?h; the mole ratio of acetyl nitrate and trichloroaniline is 1∶1.
