生物样品中微量稀土元素的测定 |

摘 要:稀土元素与三氯偶氮氯膦及结晶紫在酸性介质中可形成 1∶2∶2的蓝色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 6 6 0nm ,表现摩尔吸光系数ε660 =1 12× 10 5Lmol-1cm-1,稀土元素的含量在0~ 8μg/ 2 5ml的范围内符合比耳定律 ,用于生物样品中稀土元素的测定 ,结果令人满意。 |

Assay of Rare Earth Elements in Biological Sample |

Abstract:The colore reaction of rare earth,trichloroch lorophosphonazo,and crystal violet has been sdied.It was found that the colore reaction form 1∶2∶2 blue complex in acid medium.The maximum absorption was at 660nm with an apparent molar absorptivily of 1.12×10 5Lmol -1 cm -1 .Bee's law was obeyed in the range of 0~8ug/25ml RE.The method can be used to determinate total RE in biological sample with satisfactory results. |
