异丁醇气相催化制备异丁腈

摘 要:探讨了由异丁醇和氨气高温气相催化氰化制备异丁腈的工艺 ,筛选了一种良好的催化剂 (Cu Zn/Al2 O3) ,异丁醇单程转化率 >99% ,异丁腈单程摩尔收率 >98%。

Abstract:This paper presant a process for preparation of isobutyronitrile by ammonolysis of 2 burtanol in the gas phase with amminia at high temperature, a high performance catalyst (Cu Zn/Al 2O 3) is selected, the conversion of 2 butanol and the molar yield of isobutyronitrile are >99%, 98%, respectively.
