Abstract:amino desacetoxycephalosporanic acid(7 ADCA) is a key intermediate for the preparation of synthetic commercial cephalosporins. up to date, the methods favored in industry to prepare 7 ADCA involved complex chemical steps. These complex chemical processes are both expensive and noxious to the environment.
