烯酰吗啉原药的高效液相色谱分析 |

| 摘 要：采用高效液相色谱法,以C18(ODS)柱为分离柱,甲醇/水为流动相,二极管阵列为检测器,外标法分析,测定烯酰吗啉原药中有效成分的含量。方法的标准偏差为0.22,变异系数为0.23%,回收率为99.7%～100.5%。 |

| Abstract：The a quantitative analysis method of the antibacterial dimethomorph by HPLC with ODS column and methanol/water as mobile phase was described. The results show that the standard deviation is 0.22; the variation coefficient is 0.23%; recovery is 99.7%～100.5%. |
