芳烃萃取剂N-甲酰吗啉的合成

摘 要:研究了以吗林为原料 ,用甲酸或甲酸甲酯等做酰化剂 ,在催化剂存在下 ,并且在一定的反应温度、反应时间和常压下合成N 甲酰吗啉。实验结果表明 :吗啉的转化率可达 95 %以上 ,经精馏后N 甲酰吗啉的纯度可达 98%以上。

The Synthesis of N-formylmorpholine

Abstract:The synthesis of N formylmorpholine was studied. Morpholine is the main raw material, and formic acid or methyl methanoate is aclyting agent. In the presence of catalyst, morpholine was reacted under thermory and pressure. The result of experiment show that at the presence of catalyst the conversion of morpholine reaches 95%, and purity of distilled N formylmorpholine reaches 99%.
