微波辐射催化合成氯乙酸十六酯的研究

摘 要:研究了在无水硫酸铜的催化下,利用微波辐射技术快速合成氯乙酸十六酯的方法及影响反应收率的因素。实验优惠反应条件为:氯乙酸和十六醇的摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂用量2 0g,微波辐射时间5min,微波功率729W。平均收率达83.6%。用IR表征了产物的结构。

The Synthesis of Hexadecanol Bischloroacetate with Catalyst under Microwave Irradiation

Abstract:The hexadecanol bischloroacetate was synthesized fastly with the technique of microwave irradiation with the anhydrous cupric sulfate as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of hexadecanol and chloroacetic acid is 5∶1(mol/mol), the amount of catalyst 2.0g, the power microwave 729W, the ratiating time of microware 5 min. Under the conditions the yield is 83.6%. The molecular structures of the fatty alcohol chloracetates were characterized by IR.
