X-射线荧光光谱定量分析矿物岩石中低量钙镁铝

摘 要:X 射线荧光光谱法测定低含量钙、镁、铝 ,采用熔融法制样。溶剂的高倍稀释使不同种类的矿物岩石样品的粒度效应和矿物效应得到有效的消除 ,使样品间基本变化对分析线强度的影响得到缓和。该法分析速度快 ,精密度高 ,准确性好。

Tle Quantitatve Analysis of Low Calacium. Magnesium.Aluminium in Mineral Rock by X-Ray Fluroescence Spectrometry

Abstract:The analysis of low calacium, magnesium , aluminium in mineral rock was studied by XRF. Samples made by melting solevent have high diluted to eliminate effectly particle size and mineral effect in different of samples. Basics change of samples to affected analytical intensity were relaxed . The method is quick velocity of analgsis, high precision and better accurate.
