摘　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定 6-羟基嘧啶化合物的含量。该方法的标准偏差为0.35 ,变异系数为 0.38,,平均回收率为 99.5 %～ 100.5 % ,线性关系良好 ,其相关系数为0.999。

The Analysis of 6-Hydroxy-pyrimidineetc by HPLC

Abstract：A method was developed for the determination of 6- hydroxy-pyrimidine by HPLC. The result shows that the standard deviation is 0.35, the coefficient of variation is 0.38, the linear relative correlation is 0.9999, and recovery is 99.5%～100.5 %.
