抗抑郁药奈法唑酮中间体2-苯氧乙胺的合成工艺改进

摘 要:以乙腈为原料与乙醇胺反应制得 2-甲基-2-口恶唑啉 ,再与苯酚反应 ,水解得到所需产物 2-苯氧乙胺 ,对工艺进行了改进 ,收率提高到 51.5 % ,成本低 ,有一定的工业应用前景。

The Improved Synthetic Technology of Antidepressant Nefazodone Intermediate-2-Phenoxyethanamine

Abstract:Some improvements were made in the synthesic process of 2-phenoxyethanamine, and the condition was more moderate, and the cost was lower. The overall yield is 51.5%, and the method is more suitable for industrial process.
