摘　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,对人工合成花椒油素进行定量测定。采用C18( 6×150mm)色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 +水 ,流速为 1ml/min ,检测波长在 2 90nm。检测回收率和变异系数分别为 98 93%～ 10 1.82 %和 0 17%。

Quantitative Analysis of Xanthoxylin by RP-HPLC

Abstract：The quantitative analysis of synthesized xanthoxylin was studied by RP-HPLC. An ODS (C 18 , 6×150mm) was employed using Methanol and water as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 290nm. The recovery is between 98.93%～101.82%. The coefficient of variation is 0.17%. The results were accorded with the request of analysis.
